1. About us

These terms apply to all enquiries, quotes and vehicle purchases made through sellmyvantoday.uk ("we", "us", "our"). Our trading address is Unit 10 Umberslade Business Park, Hockley Heath, B94 5DF. You can contact us on +447404019022 or at info@sellmyvantoday.uk.

2. Quotes are indicative

Any price quoted via this website, WhatsApp, phone, email, social media or any other online channel is an indicative estimate only, based on the information and images you provide. It does not constitute a binding contract or final offer.

Photographs and written descriptions cannot reliably show every aspect of a vehicle's true condition — particularly bodywork, underbody corrosion, mechanical health, electrical faults and stored fault codes.

3. Final price is subject to physical inspection

All purchases are subject to a final physical inspection of the vehicle at the point of collection. Our inspection may include, but is not limited to:

• A visual check of bodywork, paintwork, panels and underbody
• A diagnostic (OBD) scan for stored and live fault codes
• A check of service history, V5C, MOT status and keys
• A short road or yard test where appropriate
• Verification of mileage, VIN and registration

If the inspection reveals issues that were not disclosed or visible in the information provided — for example accident damage, structural corrosion, engine or gearbox faults, missing paperwork, mileage discrepancies, outstanding finance or recorded insurance write-offs — we reserve the right to revise our offer or withdraw from the purchase at our sole discretion.

4. Your responsibilities as the seller

You confirm that, to the best of your knowledge:

• You are the legal owner of the vehicle and entitled to sell it
• The vehicle is free from outstanding finance, unless disclosed
• The vehicle has not been recorded as a Cat A, B, S or N write-off, unless disclosed
• The mileage shown is true to the best of your knowledge
• All information and images you provide are accurate and up to date

You must provide the V5C (logbook), service history where available, all sets of keys, and any locking wheel nut. Missing items may affect the final offer.

5. Payment and collection

Once the inspection is complete and a final price is agreed and signed for in writing, payment is made by instant bank transfer or, at our discretion, by cash. Ownership and risk pass to us once payment has cleared and paperwork is signed.

Collection is normally same-day or next-day in the West Midlands & surrounding and is provided free of charge. We will give a reasonable arrival window in advance.

6. Cancellation

Either party may withdraw at any time before the final price is agreed and the paperwork is signed at collection, without liability.

7. Data & privacy

We only use the details you provide (name, contact number, vehicle information) to process your enquiry and arrange collection. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
